Celebrating our progress as we work to make Shell one of the most diverse and inclusive organisations in the world, a place where everyone feels valued, respected and has a strong sense of belonging.
We take pride in receiving external recognition for our achievements in DE&I. Since 2020 we have received over 75 DE&I awards, across 17 countries, highlighting the breadth of Shell鈥檚 footprint in DE&I.

Shell Indonesia was awarded a HR Asia Best Companies to Work for award for two years in a row (2020-2021).

In 2021, globally Shell was recognised as a Top Scorer (92.4%) and received the honour of Advocate in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark 2021.

Shell has earned a 100% score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation鈥檚 Corporate Equality Index. This is a recognition that we have earned annually since 2016.
