Being able to collaborate with experienced colleagues empowered me to develop my skills in resourcefulness and problem-solving. Also, there are comprehensive training courses on personal development that I can take at my own pace.

Since last year, we started solarizing our retail stations. We鈥檙e also looking at installing more electric vehicle chargers as part of our retail station offering.

Immediately after graduating, I joined Shell as a wellsite drilling engineer working on one of the largest non-associated gas reservoirs in the world.
