For our Commercial and Corporate roles, we鈥檙e looking for a Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent.

Assessment Criteria

Throughout the application and assessment process, you鈥檒l be assessed using the following three criteria, which we call the CAR criteria:

To see how well you absorb information, analyse problems, make fact-based decisions, and propose innovative solutions.

To assess how you get things done, for example your drive, resilience, self-confidence, and organisational skills.

Relationships

To look at how well you work in teams, communicate and respect others.

Validity of the assessment outcome

Please note that after submitting a Assessed Internship application, any further applications during a 10-month period will be auto-progressed, based on the outcome of the first application. Therefore, if you have a successful application and re-apply to a different position in a 10-month period, your application will automatically proceed through Stage One. Alternatively, if you have an unsuccessful application and re-apply to a different position in a 10-month period, your application will be automatically regretted.
