The Shell Graduate Programme
Embarking on a career in the Corporate Functions area of the Shell Graduate Programme, you鈥檒l help deliver the specialist advice that enables us to operate as a highly competitive global business. The programme lasts for three years and consists of two 18-month job rotations. As a talented problem solver you'll thrive in our multicultural and interconnected team of business professionals, where you'll be given increasing levels of responsibility as you progress.

Within Shell鈥檚 Contracting and Procurement team, you鈥檒l play a pivotal role in providing the essential support needed to deliver cost-effective solutions that impact our businesses positively and form long-term relationships with our partners and suppliers. In particular, this includes contractors committed to social performance and a cleaner global energy.
The Contract and Procurement team is responsible for everything Shell buys to develop and operate its assets, equating to approximately $65 billion in annual spend. It鈥檚 a thrilling environment for graduates keen to test and further develop their interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.

Training and development
