Adelaide, Botany Bay, Newcastle and Port Kembla: $50/100 L or $56/100 kg

Albany, Dampier, Gladstone, Mackay and Portland: $59/100 L or $65/100 kg

Darwin: $71/100 L or $79/100 kg
