EV fluids must perform multiple roles in a severe (hot, high-speed) environment, including protecting electrical and mechanical components by dissipating heat. Fluids that are not specifically designed for e-transmissions may result in material compatibility issues. High-performance charging increases thermal stress to batteries, which is why immersion cooling is important to reduce thermal risks and offer greater temperature stability for EV batteries.
