Biodegradable
Shell Diala S5 BD and Shell Diala S4 ZX-I are readily biodegradable (OECD 301B testing). Biodegradability is a measure that gives an indication of how long a chemical will remain in the environment (persistence), which is particularly important in events such as accidental spills, leaks of fluids or disposal of waste.
